Section 3: Purpose Produces Good Things
Contentment is The Seed of Kindness, Goodness & Gentleness
Purpose sustains contentment. Contentment is a consistent peace, calm and tranquility that permeates on the inside and refuses to be ruffled by the changing circumstances or outside forces that happen in our lives. The calm assurance of contentment is revealed in our attitudes, it is what permeates from the inside out. The gift of contentment is a primary benefit of purpose, for it lifts us above everyday trials that would hinder our progress toward the desired end. This benefit is a gift that keeps giving, inner contentment leads to outer acts of kindness, goodness and gentleness. When you have the peace of inner contentment it affords you the strength to be kinder in spite of someone else’s actions, gentle to those who need it most and even those who may not deserve it at all. Inner contentment leads to outer goodness overall. The deep contentment and sustained joy from believing that the divine Source guides and completes your life path fosters profound peace and satisfaction.
Joy, Joy & More Joy!
Purpose produces joy in those who are wholeheartedly committed to the path leading to its fulfillment. Joy is more than fleeting happiness. Joy is lasting and not based on the temporary conditions of emotions, instead joy is an active choice. Joy is something we can choose to have when we know who we are and whose we are. Joy is our portion when we trust that the battle is already won and that we will be triumphant. When we answer the call for our lives the odds have been rigged, better yet designed, in our favor. Joy produces a satisfaction that cannot be stolen. It is a state of being we can activate by simply choosing it. Those who can activate Joy the easiest are those that choose to love and allow themselves to be loved. Those who know that love like leadership is rooted in service and that love like joy is an act of willful choice!
The Intercession of The Holy Spirit is an Act of Love (The Benefits of Purpose)
In times of uncertainty and weakness, the Holy Spirit steps in to guide us, interceding with unspoken groans, aligning our desires with the Creator's will, as described in Romans 8:26-28. This divine intercession reassures us that our life's challenges and our responses to them are within the Creator's plan. Fully committing to this divine will, we are promised protection and guidance, ensuring that no movement occurs without divine timing, enveloping our days in a protective and loving embrace. This profound connection not only offers reassurance but also empowers us to live with purpose.
Living in alignment with our purpose transforms us, imbuing us with qualities that surpass understanding—peace, courage, and discipline. These attributes are not just traits but tools that prepare us to face life's adversities and align closer with our divine nature. Purpose acts as a catalyst, propelling us towards spiritual and personal growth, making each step an act of faith that aligns us more closely with our true selves and with the Creator.
This spiritual journey is marked by milestones of character development and a deepening understanding of our role in a larger plan, illustrating how purpose and divine support interweave to guide us towards a life of fulfillment and legacy.
